AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL MECHANIC (7.5 month Certificate) St. Philip's College-Southwest Campus for Boeing Assembles and tests operation of major structural, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic aircraft subsystems and systems. Troubleshoots and repairs failed components, mechanisms, and parts. Works from production test procedures, manufacturing plans, blueprints, verbal instructions, and specifications during assembly, set-up of test equipment, and functional test of aircraft structure, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.

AIRCRAFT GAS TURBINE REMANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN (5 month Certificate) St. Philip's College-Southwest Campus for Standard Aero San Antonio, Inc. Dismantles, maintains, repairs, restores, overhauls, inspects and/or tests aircraft QEC, engines, modules, components and accessories to determine their condition for return to service and to assure compliance with established company standards, applicable technical documentation and company instructions. Performs technical troubleshooting using mechanical ability and basic product knowledge. Cross-trains in other complementary skills as needed to support production requirements.
